In our research, we found that when written in Chinese, the word crisis is composed of two characters – one represents danger, and one represents opportunity. Finding the silver lining is a human skill. No matter what is happening, we can all make lemonade out of lemons. Emerging from the consequences of Covid-19 is no different. History teaches us, at some point a crisis will start to subside, and we are starting to experience that on this side of the pandemic. The question is, how will we emerge to a better and stronger normal. One thing for sure, there will be no going back to the way things were. We have all been changed, so we have to stop waiting to “get back to normal”. If you’re waiting on that, your life, goals, and dreams will pass you by.
