Karen has worked in leadership roles for over 20 years with the last 9 years focusing on leadership development. She is a proven facilitator, mentor and business coach. She has worked with Leadership Management International in both Canada and the US and currently owns her own LMI franchise. Her goal is to become the premier source for leadership development in this Central Illinois area.
Karen is happy married (most days) to her husband of 30 years and is a proud mom to her 3 daughters, one son-in-law. When she is not working, she is usually found hanging out with her family or playing with her yellow lab, Piper.
