About the Speaker: Dean Heffta is the founder and lead trainer of the business consulting firm Clarus Results. Experienced in sales, client service and executive leadership, he brings his passion for people smarts and organizational effectiveness to helping teams improve results.
He applies his communication insights to keynote speeches, group training, organizational consulting, meeting facilitation, and executive coaching for businesses and non-profits.
Dean is a Peoria “40 Leaders under Forty” recipient, a licensed trainer of Process Communication Model® and a certified professional coach.
He is a bachelor’s graduate of the University of Minnesota’s college of agriculture and received his Master of Business Administration from Drake University.
