Cindy Byrd is a branding and leadership development specialist, educator, and public speaker with a passion for improving quality of life through the experiences we create for others.  For over 15 years, through her business image potential training and consulting, she has used her diverse background, creativity, and imagination to develop fun and unique learning opportunities that enhance thinking and encourage mindfulness.  Cindy has a true passion for helping individuals and businesses build confidence, create distinction, and optimize their potential.  Cindy is also Professor Emeritus at Robert Morris University Illinois where she served as a business professor for over 12 years.

Richard Heyne is currently the Assistant Director of Individuals Events at Illinois State University and the Head of Organized Play for Counterplay Games. Back in his heyday he was one of the top ranked Speech & Debate students on the national circuit. His passion to teach others how to unlock their public speaking potential has always pushed him to investigate some unconventional approaches to conquering their apprehensions. If it was not already the title of this seminar, there is a solid chance “Say it with Style” would have been the title of his autobiography.

Gina Morss is a news anchor for 25 News Today and 25 News at Noon on WEEK-TV. The Peoria native has shared the news with Central Illinois viewers for a collective 20 years as a general assignment reporter, weekday and evening news anchor and producer. Over the years, Gina has interviewed past and future presidents, taken viewers behind the scenes at the Today Show, Doctor Oz and Dr. Phil, plus reported breaking news stories on Caterpillar, weather disasters and more. Gina has received awards for excellence in reporting from the Associated Press and the Illinois Broadcasters Association. She is also a recipient of 40 Leaders Under 40 and 25 Women in Leadership. Beyond journalism, Gina has also worked in public relations for a major non-profit. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering for local civic organizations, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
