Having Buoyancy will allow you to stay above the waves of setbacks.  Having bouncy will allow you to hit a wall…..but then bounce back!  We will discuss where the setbacks come from.  How to recover from them and how to get your mind right and then your life will follow.

 About the Speaker: Shalesse Pie, is the Superintendent of Human Resources with the Peoria Park District.   Her 22 years of experience in Human Resources range from training, customer service, executive leadership and development.  She believes…. that she is obligated to use all that she has experienced and learned to challenge, inspire, and encourage others.She has applied her talents to keynote speeches, trainings, consulting, and coaching to several boards, community groups, committees and organizations.

A native of Peoria, she earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her Executive MBA from Bradley University.  Shalesse has her (PHR) Professional Human Resources certification as well as her SHRM-Certified Professional designation.
