As we move into fall, it’s the perfect time to renew, refresh, and regenerate so you can finish the year strong! On Friday, October 4th, from 1-5 PM, we invite you to immerse yourself in a peaceful, rejuvenating experience at Danielle Hibberd’s Hope and Healing Wellness Center.

This retreat is designed to help you unwind and recharge with three holistic treatments that promote healing, relaxation, and stress relief. During the day, you’ll also hear from Danielle Hibberd, the center’s owner, as she shares her inspiring personal story of how these therapies transformed her and her family’s well-being.

✨ Sound Bath Healing
Experience a meditative journey through sound as the vibrations from crystal bowls wash over you, creating an immersive soundscape that calms the mind and body. Let go of stress, worries, and concerns as the sound bath promotes deep relaxation and inner peace.

✨ Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki works to balance the energy within your body, helping to restore harmony and well-being. This gentle healing technique is beneficial for everyone, as it taps into the universal energy that surrounds us, promoting both emotional and physical healing.

✨ Salt Sanctuary Experience
Step into a hand-crafted Himalayan Salt Room, where you’ll enjoy the healing benefits of dry salt therapy (halotherapy). Whether you’re looking to ease respiratory issues like asthma or allergies or to soothe skin conditions such as eczema and acne, this unique therapy will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

• Light snacks, herbal teas, and water will be provided throughout the day.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and easy-to-slip-off shoes for your comfort.
• Feel free to bring your own blanket and pillow for added coziness—though we’ll have some on hand as well!
